No doubt, Robben Ford is another of our favorite guitar players. Sure, we remember the legendary Talk to Your Daughter album and the golden Blue Line era in the 90’s with bassist, Roscoe Beck, and drummer Tom Brechtlein. Great times indeed!
In recent years, Robben Ford has moved towards more mellow expressions, playing with more clean tones. And yes, we do see the irony here – we’re the makers of TrueOverDrive pedals…
But hey, we’re first of all guitarists and musicians, and a s such we appreciate great music an playing whether or not there is some crunch involved. We already know Robben sounds great with overdrive, so no harm in sharing a ‘clean’ video 🙂
