How we collect data
Normally we would collect some of the data that you share with us. Examples will include when you subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us directly via email, the contact form on the website or phone. When we receive data we take appropriate steps to protect it.
What data is stored
If you subscribe to receiving newsletters, we store your email and name (if you submit it) in our Mailchimp account. If you write us in email, the email address and the content of the email is stored. If you call us, your phone number is stored if possible.

We want to give you the best possible experience. With this in mind, these data help us to provide you with:
- the latest information on new products, services, promotional offers, events and campaigns
- customer support if you have queries or problems
- personalized offers
When we share your data
We will not share your data with any third party unless it is to provide an essential service for you (or if we have a legal obligation to share that data).
We use Google Analytics, but do not have access to individual IP addresses that can be used as person identifiers.

WordPress: Our website runs the WordPress CMS and cookies are used to store basic data on your interactions with WordPress, whether you have logged into WordPress or not. We use a session cookie to remember your log-in for you if you are a registered user and we deem these as being strictly necessary to the working of the website. If these are disabled then various functionality on the site will be broken.
3rd Party Cookies: These are cookies set on your machine by external websites whose services are used on this site. Cookies of this type are the sharing buttons across the site that allow visitors to share content onto social networks. In order to implement these buttons, and connect them to the relevant social networks and external sites, there are scripts from domains outside of our website.
